also have a number of services to enhance your printing and
electronic document abilities. Maintaining this high level
of service is something the PrintSoft team takes very seriously.

PReS Job Development
PrintSoft specialises in undertaking job development for clients
who may be restricted by resources and unable to produce the
results they require. Clients often find themselves restricted
by time, lack of knowledge for complex jobs, or simply under-staffing.
PrintSoft staff can relieve these pressures by taking on job
development.
The experience and skills we have means we can get the job
done quickly and efficiently. These jobs can be anywhere from
2 or 3 hours to 2 or 3 months. Jobs can be quoted on a project
basis and can include all facets including complete documentation,
operator training and programming hand-over.
Consulting
The extensive industry experience and knowledge base at PrintSoft,
means we can be called upon to act as consultants for technical
issues. PrintSoft Staff can be available to meet with you
and/or your client to discuss and develop any size project
plan.
We can advise on all aspects of a document system including
output options, printer selection, stock considerations, management
of fonts and graphics, selection of software tools, production
management and documentation, and Quality Assurance.
Training
Obviously, the best place to get training for PReS and other
PrintSoft products is from the source. Scheduled training
courses are available at PrintSoft, however if none of these
courses suit, then let us know and we will see about organising
a course with either a customized time-frame or course content.
Both introductory and advanced courses are available.
Design of Customised Document System
From simple document design to major project management, we
have the expertise you need.
We can provide complete solutions, selecting the hardware
and software, designing and sourcing the stock, creating the
application and writing the management and production protocols.
We can deliver PReS scripts or even process your data to produce
formatted files ready for your printer or electronic delivery
system.
We can hand over to you a complete fully functional system.
