Desktop: Documents are designed and prepared using PrintSoft products such as NEWLEAF or PReS.
Data Transfer: Documents are then lodged to the postal organisation via email, the web, ftp, or using point to point secure connections.
PrintSoft Production: The postal organisation sorts the documents and transfers them to the Printing Centre nearest the recipient where they are printed and dispatched.
Job Processing: The PrintCenter Control Module initiates, monitors and logs the entire production process from the receipt of the data right through to enveloping. Should any documents be missing at the end of the production run, a copy is printed automatically by PrintCenter (thus providing automatic Closed Loop Production). The production of individual documents is customized to meet the requirements of the recipient. In addition to standard hard copy, documents can also be sent via email, XML, PDF or via fax.

A Hybrid Mail solution is able to receive and process multiple jobs from different customers at the same time. Customers are also able to send data updates for recurring jobs while special PrintSoft Data Security Modules can be used for the secure transfer of data.
