As software providers, PrintSoft understands the importance of providing an efficient support network. Our support staff are highly trained and experienced in using PReS. 

PrintSoft Maintenance and Support Option 

To obtain the full benefits of PrintSoft's software products (PReS, TransWorks and associated products), users should be covered by PrintSoft Maintenance. This will ensure continually improving capabilities and performance within the user's organisation. 

The PrintSoft Maintenance and Support Option entitles the user to a range of support facilities including Software & Documentation Upgrades. Regular upgrades will be distributed together with updated documentation which will keep you current on software enhancements, additions and operations. 

Direct Telephone/Electronic Technical Support will provide quick, accessible solutions to your application problems.
Users are encouraged to document requests for enhancements to the software, these will be evaluated and implemented where possible and appropriate. 

Applications Development Users taking the PrintSoft Maintenance and Support Option will be able to call on PrintSoft technical support staff for application work, which will be undertaken on the basis of a fixed-price quotation or at an hourly rate. Costing for this work will be dependent on quantity, frequency and content. Software upgrades of PrintSoft products are not available outside the PrintSoft Maintenance and Support Option. If clients wish to upgrade when not on maintenance, then they must take up the PrintSoft Maintenance and Support Option to receive any upgrades.
